Rodman is expanding its international distribution network and has appointed Ensign Yachts as its new authorised dealer in Australia.

As part of its ongoing international network development, Rodman has reached a new milestone by signing an exclusive dealership agreement for its leisure boats with Ensign Yachts, one of Australia’s leading yacht distributors and service providers.

The signing of this new international dealership agreement represents a big step forward for Rodman in its international expansion plan, consolidating its presence in one of the key hubs of the global yachting market today.

Established in 1980, Ensign Yachts has grown to be Australia’s premier yacht group and the exclusive Australian dealer of a selection of premium yacht brands. Ensign brings expertise, professionalism, a deep understanding of the Australian boating market and a strong customer network. Maria Herrero, Marketing and Sales Manager for Rodman, said “We are so happy that Ensign Yachts is joining the Rodman family.  They are so professional, friendly and dedicated to their customers.”

With its head office in Sydney and representatives across Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland, Ensign Yachts provides comprehensive coverage for all boating enthusiasts across Australia.

In total, the company has a team of over 25 professionals who are passionate about boating and who cater to all your needs, whether it be advice on buying or selling a boat, technical or maintenance services, training, or any other matter you may require, always ensuring the best possible experience, warranty and quality standards.

For Ensign Yachts, the incorporation of the Rodman brand into its current portfolio represents their commitment to excellence in representing high-quality, internationally recognised brands.  Sean Rush, Managing Director and owner of Ensign Yachts said “I am impressed by the dedication to their product that a successful family-owned business brings to the table.  Rodman will adapt their boats to the needs of Australian customers, unlike many other brands in Australia”.

For Rodman, this new agreement represents the consolidation of its current range of leisure boats on an international scale, where the company hopes that models which are currently unique and stand out in its more traditional markets – such as the Rodman 890 Ventura, the Rodman SPIRIT 31 and the Rodman 1290 Evolution and Fisher Pro – will reach new customers in Australia, undoubtedly one of the world’s most discerning boating markets.

The ultimate goal of both companies is to work together to build recognition for the Rodman brand in Australia and to grow together in the coming years.
